Refund & Return Policy – The Richt Way
At The Richt Way, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Used or damaged items not due to our error
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@therichtway.co.za.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
